it should if you are using the wizard only to edit your page and then publish only there if you are using the wizard editor

so clean out your temporary internet files folder and hit refresh a few times to get your browser to bring up the updated version of your page

I'f you are using the editor..
after you publish it the link to your site appears right?
But under that there is a note saying it may take sometimes for your changes to appear.. View your site.. if changes still does not appear just press CTRL + R on your keyboard..
