JD, after logging in and clicking the "domains" tab you should be brought to a page that lists your current domains. Take careful note of this sentence which appears near the Domains Table:
"To manage a domain, click on the domain in the manage domains table."
If you click anything other than the domain name you will not get to the correct area...

I got to this point, and it still is not giving me any info on my dns and the contact changes that I need. It keeps telling me I have no contacts, but when I go to a whois for my site, all my personal info is there.
