well publish your index.htm or index.html page to the root directory area and your site might show up

if your site is yourrecovery.bravehost.com

it is looking for your site as yourrecovery.bravehost.com/index.html and you either deleted the placeholder page that was there and all you had to do was upload/publish your index.html page to replace it

so if your homepage is named something totally different then rename it to index.html and publish it

and make sure it is in your root directory and not in a index_files folder or something in your root area.

also, if it is a free hosted site, frames are not supported (if that was the direction you were headed in).
