I have the pix scanned and parked on photobucket. I have tried their tutorial, but no luck. Maybe there is HTML for this, or similar alchemy. To see my problem, the first page of the site will give evidence.

First of all, the link you provided us is incorrect: you left out the letter "t".

As far as image resizing: Photobucket, as far as I'm able to tell, only resizes to thumbnail or avatar dimensions. You would be well advised to get your own software; I use Paintshop Pro, not quite as pricey as Adobe Photoshop and with most of the same features. An excellent program, Irfan View, is available as a free download. Google will find it.
