If you seriously want help you have to do more than post a rant. When you do that people just think you were running a porn site and think you got what you deserved.

Did you check your junk mail folder? Did you check the tickets on line?
Gmail has a reputation for not delivering response messages from ticketing systems to their customers' inboxes.

Dear Peter, sorry for my outlet but how would you feel with more then 20 paid websites deleted without any reason and without an assistance?i have verified the junk email and i found nothing, i have always received emails from bravenet but not now and no i did not run a porn website but kawaii websites dealing with illustrations mostly for girls, illustrations that i could legally manage and dispose.
After 10 days without a reply i will try to have informations with a different email account.
what could i do if i don't get a reply?

marco seems you have gmail as your e-mail address

that is one account that e-mails tend to end up lost or in junk mail folders.

same with yahoo, aol, msn, hotmail e-mails as well


your sites were probably suspended due to information not correct with your accounts if you were renewing any or such or you had inappropriate material on pages.

Need to read the Terms of Service to know what you can and can't have on your sites


and if you still have a problem OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

nothing we can do here at the Forum YOU NEED to take it up with bravenet themselves.

Monitor your ticket online as well by keeping track of your Ticket number
