well did you sign up for one

when you signed up for a bravenet account

you then click website tab
then build a website
then use a subdomain

then you type a name you want in that box and you have a xxxx.bravehost.com site if the name you picked is available

and don't use spaces in the name or funny characters or even in your file names when you do start building your site


but signing up for a bravenet account doesn't make your website named after your login name

YOU need to sign up for the free site if that is what you want

Check your spelling, nobody has registered a subdomain of that name.

If that is the one that you want then you need to log in and register it.

the domain you typed is still available.
so check if you have actually registered it or not.

Did you sign up for mairsmelaleuca.com or mairsmelaleuca.bravehost.com?

If you signed up for the domain mairsmelaleuca.com you need to click on the website tab then click 'Build a new website' and select 'Use an existing domain.' You should see your domain the box, click the button that says 'create website' - now you are ready to start building your site.
