I can log into bravenet but i can't access my web pages. a message says Bravenet FTP server is not available. No FTP Server passed in. Authentication failed for medusa ID

Can someone help me?

I fixed the problem went to this email address and downloaded maxilla fox 11 and now it works

It's a miracle

I already have Mozilla firefox and I still can't get into my website. I did manage to do one thing, but then it cut out on me!

You may have to do other things. Computers have a funny way of remembering everthing.
Try first clicking your tools button
Then internet options
Delete cookies, files, and clear history.
Then remove your virus software . I sent mine to the garbage can temporarily.
Deactive your fire walls and any virus software.
once everything is deactived restart your computer.
Then install the new browser. Moxilla.
See if you can enter bravenet now.
If you can then begin to reinstall all your software and firewalls . This is what i did and it worked . It may not work for everyone. Every one has a different computer and programs.
If that doesn't work. You'll have to get in touch with bravenet.
