When trying to check out via oscommerce shopping cart, using any payment gateway, the order shows success but does not send out an email to the client and does not show up in the admin backend. For this test I even used COD, to make it simple. When you place an order the cart sends the information to the orders table in the database. in this case the orders are not reaching the database. I have checked all necessary files and everything checks out fine. This shop was just moved onto this server.

read above and open a support ticket we can't do anything here at the forum

could be something even with aol e-mail not sure.

but need to look into everything as far as your order form and more

I have opened several tickets. Not really getting anywhere with that was hoping maybe to get some help here. I have even hired to different companies that specialize with osCommerce but they both said that they could not get any help with the problem. I was hoping this company had a little better customer service. The prices are great here but it does you no good if you can’t get you site to work.
