how do you create/edit CNAME records

I need to create a CNAME record to verify a site listing
but I cannot find the options. (I use the free site)

You can not set a cname on a free bravehost sub-domain.

You can purchase a domain name and set it up with your free hosting. Then you would be able to create a cname.

I registered my domain name through Bravenet. Accordingly, am I then able to create or change a cname? If so, how do I do this?
