I am having problems uploading a new web design from my Intel Mac and iWeb program to my domain and host, Bravenet.

Firstly I upgraded Java and followed the help advice on Bravenet. I logged into FTP with Applet and it looks like the files were uploaded. But I can't seem to get the old widget based web design to go away and install my new iWeb design.

I really want the old one to dissappear and be replaced by the new one. Sounds simple? I don't understand why it is so complicated. All I have acheived in the last 6 hours is nothing.

sometimes your browser keeps the "old" files in its memory and needs a good F5 Refresh a few times to clear it.

one way to really get rid of the old one is to delete all the files that go to it, then upload all the new files.

Fine but how do I do it?

in ftp, there should be a visual of your online area and your computer area. select the desired files to delete, delete. select the desired files to upload, upload.
