if you have a guestbook, forum or something you can login to your account

click webtools
then click the links to each service seperately you have and then go to the general settings area.

there it should ask you for the title you want or perhaps it is in the look and feel area

one of those two then after you change it hit save. Then it will say Silly Sue's Guestbook or whatever you want to name it


if you want a poll on your site just get the code and put it on your site
