kenny as peter said you neglected to read

this is an issue with hotmail, yahoo, aol, msn, gmail so if you or your friend have these e-mail addresses you will not get a reply back

so need to check the junk/spam folders or set a filter to allow bravenet.com and perhaps try again to sign up

if still have a problem may have to use an e-mail address that isn't any of the above
