When I vew my website as a file on my computer, it comes out fine. But when I upload it and visit it on the Internet, it says "403 Forbidden" and talks about how the owner has prevented you from viewing this webpage... But I didn't!!!!
Where do I find security options?!?!?!?

You can't change the security settings, you must create a proper home page named index.htm or index.html.

or index.php

if you're testing a specific page, just use the name of the page in the url. so instead of example.com/ you would use example.com/testme.html (or whatever your extension is)
