It doesn't work like that.

Upload the picture to your web space then use the utiltities provided in your editor to insert the picture to the page.

If you write HTML, upload the pictures to a directory with a descriptive name (like 'Pictures') and in the spot where you want the picture the picture to go, type:

When I found the WebPage funtion in WINWORD, (formerly known as 'Microoft Word',) I started using it. A lot. I've forgotten some HTML things.
