i can not retrieve my pass word to getinto my site.
when i ask for my password and have to enter my e-mail to retrieve it , it says mye-mail not known, i do not have anyother e-mail but this ,
i have not update my site or been on my site for a long time ,and now i come across to update it, can you help please and tell what is wrong if you can
