Help copying a folder into my webSite.

How can I posssibly copy a Folder that is on my desktop to a folder of my website?

Depends on what software you are using for upload.
Some FTP products will upload whole folders and their contents some won't.

With WS_FTP I just log in, select the folder and click on upload.
