Bravenet FTP server not available

Hi anyoee

I'm trying to edit my website but keep getting error message Bravenet FTP server is not available. Authentication failed for medusa ID. Please advise I'm new at this.

Hi, Ive had site access for maintenance but I cant get the site to open, the bottom of the index page with hit counter appears with little else, im in the u.k

Think its a problem with bravenet , im having the same trouble,Only the bottom of my site shows to.
