transferring site info from one URL to another

I would like to transfer my site info from one .com to a different .com. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I built my original emilyhanka.com with a website wizzard, and would like thie info on that site to be transferred, published and saved under my new journeyconsultingandcoaching.com URL - is this possible?
