you need to pick one editor and stick with it when making your page

if you use the wizard stay with that and you can publish there

if you use the file manager editors then save and don't go back to wizard

if you know html then use your own html editor and design your site to your liking


you are going to edit your site more than once so just going to have to go with it with your editor you choose
