Upgrading Hosting With registered domain...

I have a free hosting account here and have a website
www.theclickindia.com

Its traffic is increasing very rapidly.So thew BW is reached to 841 mB of 1.5 gb...With this speed my BW will be limited in 2 days.I am earning simultaneously.

Now I want to upgrade my hosting but with the same domain I have regstered.Will it b possible?
