I can't log onto Rapture in the air.
It says my IP address has been blocked.
Does this mean I've been banned.
Can anyone help?

if your ip address is blocked from somewhere then the owners of rapture or whatever you are trying to access have blocked you

you will have to take it up with them to get you unblocked

that is the thing when you block an ip address you could be blocking someone who is not the person you want to be blocking and more

If it is not your site then you must take it up with the site owner.

If it is your site then you have discovered one of the down sides of IP blocking.

Most people do not have permanent IP addresses but get one assigned from a pool when they log in. When they log out the address returns to the pool. So rather than banning one person they ban whoever happens to be using the IP address at the time.
