I don't seem to be able to get any email from my website since about 9/21-ish. I am getting alot of gibberish spam as well. My bellsouth.net account seems to work fine. Does this mean the server traffic is too heavy? Does it just affect a certain random number of accounts? The worst part is I cannot seem to open a service ticket or find phone support. I am ready to leave bravenet.
Help?

open a ticket is all can do or send a snail mail

just fill out the ticket info and monitor online perhaps by keeping track of your ticket number


I used to be here but moved and really love where I am.

No problem with tickets at the moment. I just raised one about something else.
