Re: Microsoft Publisher

Under the "File" menu is a selection that says "Publish to the web...". When the "Publish to the web.." window appears, create an empty folder, change to that folder, make sure the file name says "index.html" or "index.htm", and then press the Save button. I believe that Publisher defaults to "index.htm". This will create a file named "index.htm " and a folder named "index_files". The folder named "index_files" contains all the images used on your pages, plus all your other pages.

Then use any FTP tool you have available to you, and upload the "index.htm " file and the entire folder named "index_files". In the end, the files and folders on your web site should look exactly the same as the files and folders on your PC. You can use almost any FTP tool you might have on hand. Even the FTP Applet, available in your Account Manager, can be used.

Note: If you use a file name of "index.htm", you will need to make sure that your web site doesn't also have a "index.html" file. If it does, delete the "index.html", or the "index.htm" file will not be recognized.

It's also possible to upload directly to your web site, from the "Publish to the web..." link, but that explanation is a little more complicated.
