Last night, I canceled my bravenet built website and redirected the paid for url to my blogger site. It has not taken effect. I tried to fill out a customer support ticket but I can't submit it. Says I haven't filled out all the forms but I have.

since a blogger tag at top of page


don't know if putting something in the form areas or something will send it to them or what.

I have sent in support tickets with no problems or just typed something in the box just to send it

the page is blue with leaves down the side, that is the site I canceled.

The new site isn't being directed.

what i see is just white with no leaves and as said has a blogger tag at top of page

so don't know if this is the redirect page or not

so could clean out your temporary internet files folder/cache and do a hard refresh a few times and see what page comes up for you
