I registered my domain eapstudy.com and bought a hosting package here 3/4 days ago but I am still unable to access the ftp to get started with the uploading. THe website is already made with GoLive but I just want to upload those file on to the BN server via there ftp applet. I had a few domains a couple of years ago and the new bravenet layout is much more difficult to negociate.... Should I keep waiting for something to change ... it shows my domain as registered but I cannot access the ftp as it says "you need to creat a frontpage website"........

the ftp applet at bravenet doesn't work great all the time amd more if trying to use that

perhaps look into a third party ftp program and then get your FTP info by logging in to your account and click the ftp tab and get the info

if that doesn't work not sure you may have to contact bravenet by opening a support ticket
