Hi i just looked at our new bravenet site and there is now advertising at the top of the screen where there was non before,i have paid to have no advertising so why would it have appeared??

well not sure what you have since you have provided NO URL to your site to even see

so you either have

1. the free site and your 10 day grace period with NO ads is over so now you have the banners/ads at top and bottom

2. you have purchased a 8.95 domain but have the FREE hosting and your 10 day grace period is over and you now have the ads/banners


the only way banners/ads are removed is if you have UPGRADED your hosting to the Premium hosting plan

There are several possibilities but the most common reason for this is when people mistakenly think that the modest registration fee for a domain name gets them a hosting upgrade.
