If you have created the forms correctly then they go to your registered email address. Make sure that your spam filters are not rejecting them.

A lot of problems with forms actually come from people thinking they know better than Bravenet and changing the bits that identify who you are to Bravenet. Without a link to your site we can't be sure if that is the problem.
