PSD files are proprietary PhotoShop files, and not useful on any web host. It's common for designers to use PhotoShop for image design but it needs to be exported as something else to make it useful on a web site. If it's a background, export it as a JPG and include the file name in your web page. If your using it as something else, you need to explain a little bit more.

Then you need premium hosting at Bravenet. Free hosting only supports the most common file types used on the internet. Not even zip files are supported.
