well I see a page that says welcome to scribble art for your index.html page and it has a description about being a member and so forth and to click here to read news and so forth
but that here link to read the news is linked to the index.html page so make it go to the news.html page
and publish and if you are still not seeing changes then clean out your cache/temporary files folder and do a hard refresh a few times because your browser could not be updating with the updated version of your page
