It takes 24 - 72 hours for your new domain to show your information from the time you purchase it.
Also, if you haven't bought hosting (which is separate from purchasing your domain name) your website won't show up. You have to purchase your hosting first and then wait the 24 - 72 hours for your website to propogate.
To begin building a webpage, you select the domain that you just purchased from the accounts tab, then you can either build a page using FrontPage or some equivalent software and click on File Manager to upload all of your files there, OR you can build a webpage using bravehost's templates by clicking on the website wizard.
