can someone help me solve this problem, I'm having trouble with my homepage.

I want this page

arrbay.bravehost.com

to be this page

arrbay.bravehost.com/index.html

and I have no way of editing the first one because its not in my file manager or site wizard.

Is there anyway i can either edit or delete
