File upload failed

Hi,
I was wodering if anyone has found a solution to this problem. For the last week or so I keep getting this message everytime I try to upload any new mp3's.
I have a pro account(for our bandsite)and have already uploaded mp3's in the past but now no joy.I've tried to upload through the file manager and I get a: File upload failed.Insufficient permissions or uploaded file exceeds disk quota,I've used 24mb of 30gb btw.
The ftp applet just doesn't work,it's just sits there,no transfer, nothing.
I've tried using Filezilla and it sometimes gets to 1% and that's it,usually times out and retries.I tried Coreftp and get the same result as with Filezilla.I've tried uploading from my laptop but the same thing happens.
I can upload to other site eg Soundclick but just can't seem to upload to my webspace.Any ideas?
Thanks
Steve

Re: File upload failed

don't use the FTP file applet that isn't full proof

use a third party ftp program and try uploading

if that doesn't work than just try using another source like ripway to host the mp3's and put a text link to them on your site

Re: File upload failed

Thx for the reply, never heard of ripway will check it out.It just bugs me that I can't upload to the service I'm paying for.

Re: File upload failed

as said DON"T use the FTP APPLET that is what you said you were using

try an outside ftp program

ftp applet here at bravenet isn't reliable

it might work with uploading better using a third party ftp
