this is a common issue happening when people just purchase hosting and more
as said take it up with bravenet
don't know if something people are doing causes their sites to be shown as suspended but I am seeing it much too much of late with people who have just purchased hosting and a domain
Bravenet requires you to have an active email address. Your account will be suspended if official Bravenet emails bounce.
You are quoting gmail which has very agressive spam filters by default. It is possible that they bounced a notification message about your account.
Raise a support ticket and make a note of the number as gmail probably won't deliver the response. Also make sure that your email filters are set to accept all messages from bravenet.com
