How do I go back to having a free website after my paid time expires?

I have paid hosting on bravenet and would like to go back to the free site. Does anyone know how to do this? Bravenet automatically takes the hosting charge from my credit card and I don't know how to go back to the free site and stop paying the hosting charge. I would love help!

you need to open a ticket to get the paid hosting cancelled so they don't automatically charge you
