I'm desperate to make a moving banner for my site but can't do it! Is there anyone that can help? Or any sites? I'd like it to be free aswell if possible.

From a design point of view I wouldn't recommend it, however:

First you need to make it clear what you want -
1. Do you want a banner to slide across the page? or
2. Do you want a fixed banner with a moving image inside it? or
3. Do you want a banner with an image that changes every few seconds?

The techniques would be very different each of those
