for starters you should have kept better track of your account
1. if your website expired: your DOMAIN and HOSTING both which are seperate entities and you have to renew them both usually 10 days before either is about to expire
you can still login to bravenet hopefully to renew and all.
if can't then you need to contact bravenet above via a support ticket
ALWAYS ALWAYS KEEP UP with your account if your e-mail address is going to change then login to your accouont and change it before the old expires, and if you have a premium account with hosting and a domain always keep up with it's expiration dates for the hosting AND your domain.
your e-mail probably isn't going to work if your website has expired
expecially if you have a janedoe@house.com and your website is www.house.com or something related to this.
