I have some questions about a site hosted with the paid Bravenet pro hosting package:

1) Does the site remain live as long as the fee is being paid, even if it receives few visitors? I am thiinking of a timescale of 10 years or so.

2) If I want to have the guestbook and guestmap ad-free, do I need to pay for those tools in addition to the fee for the pro hosting package.

3) Can I keep the guestbook and guestmap tools within the site so that you can still see the site navigation when viewing the guestbook?
