Funny. To me it looked like a subdomain to hobopage.org. The host is glacierhost.com, which appears to me mostly concerned with selling real estate around Missoula, and does not have it's own forum. But the answer to the question should be "just upload the files". Unless there is something else that is giving you problems, in which case you need to tell us more. If there is a problem that is related to your host, you had better email them, I doubt very much anyone here has experience from glacierhost.
