In your posting did you really mean "config.php" or "cofing.php" as you posted? Is that a typo on your part? My guess is that the vB script really want's you to use "config.php".
This is not a chat room, so don't expect immediate answers. There are no administrators answering questions here, only other users. Even if there were administrators, they do not provide coding advice. When you post, you just have wait for someone to come along, who might know the answer, and post it.
However, there is no way, other than us logging into your account, to trouble shoot your PHP scripts and configuration. Your best bet is to go back to the site where you got the script. I have installed PHP forum scripts from other sources and they always have their own forums to help script users. I mostly find my answers by doing a search on already posted problems. Seldom do I actually have to ask anything.
