I just registerd with Bravenet today and already I have found that I really do not like it webhost interface. It is also been impossible to find a phone number to speak to a person on the website or by Googling. Does anyone know a phone number for this business?!

I moved my good sites long ago and just hang here.
I know what was good service and not good.
I want good hosting and more so have some friends hosting me now and A WHOLE LOT better tech support and more.
But noticed you have gmail as your e-mail as well Charles
gmail, yahoo, aol, aim, hotmail are e-mail services that don't work well with ticket systems so if you have opened a support ticket and
1. have not gotten even a response of any kind like a note saying your ticket was received and will be processed then you won't get any respnses after that to your e-mail so
2. better check your ticket ONLINE.
they don't answer multiple tickets any faster either. They have stated this so just have to work with what they give you if you want to remain here or move elsewhere
