you are going to have to contact bravenet by opening a support ticket
and since you are listing gmail as your e-mail write down your ticket number so you can check it online.
gmail is one e-mail address that with the ticket system you might not get responses at your e-mail address
that is probably why your e-mails that you have tried don't show up in the database if hotmail, gmail, yahoo, aol, aim those themselves have strong filters so if the e-mails like the bravenet newsletters you are supposed to receive bounced or something your e-mail might be tendered inactive from their database
but as said open up a support ticket to them since you have lost your login
