That is a problem with your email not Bravenet as all tickets get an automated acknowlegement. Check your junk mail folder or check the ticket on line.
I got the automated message but no reply or help from a tech.
They are not on 24/7 duty they will answer when they can that is the one place with things here is that answers don't come the minute you open a ticket or it could be something with your e-mail as Peter said if have ticket number monitor online
I don't think that I have been impatient .... 3 1/2 days is, by anyone's standards patient. How would you feel if it was your site that wasn't functioning for that long !?!?! Shouldn't be different 'cause it's me. Let's keep it real people. A.
It helps if you tell us all the facts not just a selection. If you say NO response it means none at all, not event the automated reply.
