Where the are the Bravenet staffers?!?! I sent an important request on July 29th and haven't heard a word....... this is insanity.

That is a problem with your email not Bravenet as all tickets get an automated acknowlegement. Check your junk mail folder or check the ticket on line.

I got the automated message but no reply or help from a tech.

They are not on 24/7 duty

they will answer when they can

that is the one place with things here is that answers don't come the minute you open a ticket

or it could be something with your e-mail as Peter said

I don't think that I have been impatient .... 3 1/2 days is, by anyone's standards patient.

How would you feel if it was your site that wasn't functioning for that long !?!?! Shouldn't be different 'cause it's me.
