You MUST receive the newsletter in order to keep your account as that is used to verify that you have a valid contact address. If the newsletter bounces then the account will be suspended.

The other emails are optional, if opt out is failing them raise a support ticket.

Automated bulk mail is normally sent from an unattended mailbox so replying is pointless.
