Dead Link/Page, cannot remove!

If you go to my website http://worldofhostility.bravehost.com/
You can see there is 2 things named "Account Creation" the bottom one has no link on it, and if I go to edit pages, its not in there, I have no clue how to get rid of it. Anyone mind helping me? Thanks in advance.

ALSO, You can see, I have been copy/pasting from my other pages for the side parts, and for the last 2 pages, it posts like a second box. Can anyone help me. :O
