I'm not sure I follow your question. Right now I see a Website Wizard Layout on your site. Except for some text you added using some other editor, in the wrong place in might add, it has the standard startup text. But that extra stuff will go away, the next time you use the Wizard's "publish" option. Wizard designs should not be edited by any editor outside of the Wizard's content editors. The Wizard's "publish" option will overwrite any external changes, without asking questions.

What exactly are you trying to do? As you add more and more content to the main content area or the side-bars, the footer will move further and further down the page. Is there something else your trying to accomplish?
