I upgraded my free hosting account to professional, and resgistered a new domain name (dineabuja.com) on Thursday. Since then, my site has not accessible online (there this message saying my site has been suspended). This has got me thinking that i made a wrong choice upgrading and even trusting bravenet. I really don`t understand any of what is going on!
read above where it says if you require assistance to open a ticket in the support center
since you have yahoo as your e-mail address right down your ticket number so you can monitor online
this seems to be a common thing but if your site is suspended for a reason could be because you have yahoo as your e-mail address and e-mails to you bounced or something
so as said you need to open a support ticket to bravenet and talk to them
