simple solution with pictures you need a graphics program to optimize/resize them

when you take pictures from a digital camera they are huge when

some people may put pictures on sites that APPEAR to be for example:

525x200 when it actuality it is 2045x1536 or something and is over 1mg in size.


make pictures of thumbnail size and then put a link to the thumbnail size to a larger picture and if people want to see the larger picture they can just click on the picture they want to see bigger


that is the one thing as well with using a template as such you are is you are allotted certain space amount in your columns and if have something over that space size will make page look out of whack
