Get yourself a good FTP tool, like the free version of Filezilla, and download everything on your site to your local PC. Everyone should have a local copy of their web site pages as a backup.
In fact, it’s much more efficient if you created your web pages on your local PC, and then uploading them to your site. Then your site is just a copy and your PC has the original. This would allow you to change hosts, should Bravenet go belly up.
If your using something like the Website Wizard, you won’t be able to use the local copy to restore to the Wizard directly. But you will have all the content, which can be added manually.
