does anyone know how to actually talk to someone with bravenet? when i payed money i assumed i would be able to talk to someone if needed. i have posted questions on here and nothing has helped my issue. i appreciate everyone's help but none of the suggestions have helped. thank you.

no live people to talk too just open a support ticket and wait for them to answer is ALL you can do at least here at bravenet anyways

might look into perhaps another host because as said if you need assistance about all you are going to get here is e-mail contact no Live person
